With wonderful yet affordable menus to suit every taste and style, our executive chef, Stu, and his enthusiastic team of brilliant chefs, delight in creating bespoke menus for your event. Push the boundaries and offer guests wild venison from the Wasing Woodlands or tasty Crayfish from the Estate’s rivers.
Wasing's Farm has achieved its organic status and in the near future, produce direct from the farm will be encapsulated in the menus, including beef from our wonderful herd of Red Sussex cattle, succulent lamb and more fruit, vegetables and herbs from our fields and gardens.
The aim is to offer the freshest of ingredients not only from the Estate but from Berkshire and its surrounding counties wherever possible. We are so lucky to have artisan producers right on our doorstep offering amazing Italian style cured meats, fabulous award-winning cheeses including Wigmore and Barkham Blue plus the tastiest ChalkStream smoked trout, from the River Test. We are also to delighted to stock some delicious local gins and robust real ales from Two Cocks and West Berkshire Brewery.
Wasing can cater from 6 to 140 for seated dining at Wasing Park in the Stables Lodge or the Castle Barn and from 6 to 200 at the Woodland kitchen in the great outdoors.
